Event Rules

This lucky draw is completely free to join and open to all registered Picwand users.

No VIP membership or credits are required to participate.

Users must be logged in to their Picwand account to enter the lucky draw.

Lucky Draw Mechanism

This event operates on a weekly draw cycle.

You can spin the wheel up to 3 times per week. The limit resets weekly based on UTC. Multiple entries using the same account beyond this limit within the same cycle are not allowed.

At the end of each weekly cycle, participation eligibility will automatically reset, allowing users to join again in the next cycle.

Prizes & Distribution

All draw results are randomly generated by the system. Each spin has a chance to win a corresponding reward.

Prizes are distributed based on predefined quantities and probability ratios.

At the end of each calendar week, all prize quotas will be reset for the next draw cycle. Unclaimed prizes will not roll over to the following week.

Rewards will be manually issued to the user’s Picwand account after the draw.

Under normal circumstances, rewards will be delivered within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Credit rewards will be added directly to the user’s account balance.

VIP rewards will be activated directly on the winning Picwand account.

If the user already has an active VIP subscription, the VIP reward will extend the current subscription period accordingly.

Discount rewards will be issued as redeemable coupons, subject to their own usage rules.

Additional Notes

All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Picwand reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke rewards in cases of abnormal behavior, including but not limited to cheating, abuse, or malicious account creation.
